2010 marks the 30th Anniversary of street music festival Sunset Junction. It is taking place this weekend in Silverlake, California for the 30th straight year.

The festival will consist of many street vendors, and more music than anyone could hope for. This year they are including a “locals only” stage for local music talent. It is taking place on Saturday and Sunday on Sunset Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd. Tickets are only $15.00, which is a great deal if you love music. Parking will cost you another $10, and is located at L.A. Community College. It will include free shuttle transportation to and from the event.

The great thing about Sunset Junction 2010 is that you will find just about every kind of music. If you love rock, rap, or techno, or any other type of music, you will be able to find it at this festival. Some of the performers will include, Shiny Toy Guns, Medusa, Evelyn “Champagne” King, Edward Sharpe, Girl in a Coma, and lots more. You are sure to find something you like.
