Insane Clown Posse

Insane Clown Posse

If you have listened to the American hip hop duo called “Insane Clown Posse”, and paid attention to their lyrics, you would think that the two band members Joseph Bruch, and Joseph Utsler were God hating, devil worshipping thugs. For 20+ years, that’s what most of their fans even believed.

The group even has a dedicated following who call themselves the Juggalos and Juggalettes. There have been various instances where Juggalos and Juggalettes have committed horrendous crimes such as murder, assault, arson, and kidnapping. They are considered to be a gang in several states, even though studies have not shown any evidence linking the Insane Clown Posse music with the crimes committed.

After 21 years of singing songs with lyrics that talk about drugs, and crime among other things, the band has come out and admitted that they are Evangelical Christians and have been all along. The idea apparently is to bait their fans into listening to their music and then tell them that God is the way to go.

Insane Clown Posse released a song entitled “Thy Unveiling” which includes some lyrics that support this.

All secrets will now be told
No more hidden messages
…Truth is we follow GOD!!!
We’ve always been behind him
The carnival is GOD
And may all juggalos find him
We’re not sorry if we tricked you.

There you have it. Unfortunately a lot of their fans (Juggalos) are feeling betrayed. One anonymous fan said, “After 20 years? Please. I followed this ban for over 20 years, and now they come out and tell us they were tricking us all along? I’m done with their music.”

Other fans supported the idea and believe they did it for the good of humanity.

Band member Violent J (Joseph Bruce) said, “You have to speak their language. You have to interest them, gain their trust, talk to them and show you’re one of them. You’re a person from the street and you speak of your experiences. Then at the end you can tell them: God has helped me.”

Love them or hate them, now you know Insane Clown Posse follows the word of God.

Seems the only juggalos and juggalettes they could get for an interview are the trailor trash thugs.

I knew it , this was their plan all along. Pull in the kids with shitty hateful music that they use to rebel with and then subliminally plant christian bullshit into their brains. oh what a world. :(

Shame on you Mr. Krassenstein, ICP isn’t even really advocating for Theism, much less biblical Evangelical Christianity. If anything, they are preaching pantheism. Which is why I find it ironic that it is found on an allegedly “factual and unbiased” news website. Kudos.

this news is old and if anyone ever listened to it u would see the hints even in a 95 interview they said they were more like comic book heroes where they harm the bad guys. I guess because of Tila Tequila, Miracles video, crimes committed by supposed juggalos that ICP are getting mainstream attention (what a surprise.)

All through out the albums, the Insane Clown Posse talk of sins, heaven and hell. So they are, how ever covertly, a Christian Rock band, right?

    Wrong!

The main point to Christianity is that all people are sinners and the only way into heaven is to worship Jesus Christ, the one and only son of God, and to not worship any others.

Clearly, the Insane Clown Posse, break this rule. Nowhere on any of their albums is a direct mention to the Lord Jesus Christ. Furthermore, they teach their fans that works will get them into heaven and that they should worship a collective of carnival figures. This means they are polytheistic. This does not fall in line with Christianity at all.

So then why do they talk about Heaven, if they aren’t Christian? Well, it seems they take their spiritual beliefs very seriously. They are obviously passionately religious, just not Christian.

There are alot of things christians do that isn’t right. Look at the Tom and Tammy Fae Baker, Orel Roberts, they have misused christians beliefs, but ICP did help me find my path back to God. Everyone gets lost along the way, and sometimes out of nowhere something or someone finds you with words or similar feelings and you realize you weren’t as lost as you thought. I have been a juggalo for over 11 years now and will be for the rest of my life. Yes they do have some offensive language, but they mean well in their hearts. Not everone can be the straight, goody good, most christians claim to be. I have seen many christians breaking the very beliefs they say they follow..Really??? Gee, I do recall the Bible saying JUDGE LEAST YE BE JUDGED…Or on another qoute… Let he without sin cast the first stone. Yes some juggalos and juggalettes have done some horindous actions I am not disputing this, but There are always bad apples in every group of people out there in the world. The song Miracles is by far a great song. Its trying to recapture how life and the world was when we were kids. When life was innocent and everthing in the world could amaze us for days on end. And to end I quote Dee Snider’s movie Strangeland…Sure you can be as evil as hell on the inside but do one thing to better modify your physical appearance say…..tattoo your face and your out casted as a freak it is a flaw with our society today.

Ha and goths finally win. See I was telling everyone that Juggalos were a fad, I said like a week ago that they would die out. Niiiiiiicce.

So for future reference you can’t mix punk goth and sadly even emo to a title with juggalo in it. The reason for that is punk goth and even emo came from different eras of music whereas juggalos came from ICP. In 20 years I’m sure you’ll still see goths punks and even emos but I’m sure that every juggalo now will be hitting themselves in the later when they realize they could be compared to highwaters, an outdated style that will be made fun of more than embraced.

To stop listening to I.C.P just because they follow god is the the most dumbest thing I have ever heard…Weather they follow god or not,you should listen to them cause they make great music with deep messages..
